ASSEMBLE ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER - MEDICAL and SCIENEC - AEROSPACE - COMMERCIAL and INDUSTRIAL - CHELMSFORD - 12 MONTHS FTC

I"m looking for an Assembly Engineering Group leader to supervise and develop the Process Engineering and Package Integration teams to be part of a leading organisation who deliver solutions, sub-systems and components, to advanced systems companies, for their specialist applications within medical and science, aerospace and defence, and commercial and industrial markets, and is commutable from Colchester, Southend On Sea, Brentwood, Harlow and Braintree.

You must have,

- Experience of Semiconductor packaging technologies
- A working knowledge of Wire Bonding and Die Attach Process
- Degree qualified in Physics, Engineering or related discipline.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract with a very competitive salary. Interviews will commence with immediate effect. An exciting opportunity to be part of a team who design, develop and manufacture inspirational high technology engineering solutions.
